If however you are not completely satisfied you may return your purchase for a full refund (less return shipping costs) within 15 days of receiving the product. See terms below for details.
Please use the Return Request Form below to initiate the return process. Upon receipt a customer service representative will email you a prepaid UPS return shipping label.
RETURN POLICY TERMS
The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging and in “like-new” condition.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) your purchase will be credited less return shipping costs including any insurance, taxes, duties or other fees imposed by law.
Only the credit card used for the purchase may be credited the refund amount.
The return must originate from the address where the product was originally shipped.
The process may take up to 5 business days after receipt of returned items.
Refund may take a few business days to appear on your credit card statement.
